For over 50 years, Mayfest has celebrated art, culture, and community through its annual poster. Each year, a selected artist creates a piece that embodies the festival’s spirit. The 2025 Mayfest poster continues this tradition, drawing inspiration from Tulsa’s artistic legacy and this year’s theme, Stay Gold.
 
This year’s Mayfest poster was created by Owasso artist and high school teacher Shelly Collins. Her intricate, hand-cut paper design highlights Tulsa’s skyline, surrounded by birds, flowers, and natural elements. Inspired by The Outsiders, Collins' work reflects her deep connection to Tulsa’s history and culture.
